Shipment Speed:
- Shipments are sent within 24 hours of purchase. (with the exception of weekends and out of stock items due to inventory errors)
Tracked Shipping?
- All orders on our website ship with tracked shipping. No exceptions.
- Orders over $500 may have signature required applied.
- Orders over $50 will automatically receive free shipping.
- Pre-orders will ship promptly on the week of release or by release day (exact date will be pending product delivery from UPS from distribution).
- Pre-orders are shipped with the shipping choice selected by each customer per order.
- If no choice was selected (free shipping or economy) we will choose the fastest affordable option available that includes tracking. (generally delivered in 3 days or less)
- Products purchased with multiple pre-order items from separate sets may be subject to additional shipping costs for items requested to be split off under our free shipping threshold of $50.
- With orders consisting of multiple pre-order items from various sets, these items will automatically be shipped separately as long as the items are over our free shipping threshold of $50.

Pre-Order Guarantee
At Mythic Lotus Gaming, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless pre-order experience for our sealed TCG products.
We understand the excitement of securing your favorite TCG items in advance, and we want to ensure that your pre-order(s) is handled with care and efficiency.
To guarantee a smooth pre-order process, we have established the following policy:
Pre-Order Placement
- Customer can place pre-orders for upcoming sealed trading card game products through our website or in-store.
- Pre-orders can be secured by paying a full deposit at the time of reservation.
- Pre-orders are always filled in the order they are received.
Product Availability:
- We strive to accurately estimate product availability and communicate any changes promptly to our customers.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to a shortage of pre-ordered items, customers will be notified immediately and orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received.
- If a pre-order is unable to be fulfilled, we will provide a FULL REFUND to the payment method preferred with an additional 10% back in store credit for any inconvenience that may have occurred.
Release Date Fulfillment:
- We are Committed to fulfilling pre-orders on or as close to the official release date as possible.
- Customers receive regular updates regarding the status of their pre-order leading up to the release date.
Pre-Order Bonuses:
- Customers who pre-order sealed trading card game products may be eligible for exclusive bonuses or promotions as advertised.
- Bonuses will be distributed in accordance with the terms specified at the time of pre-order placement.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- After the placement of a pre-order, customer are unable to request cancellations, accommodations may be made for circumstances to help in the event a price has dropped on our website, or a promo code was unapplied properly.
- Customers that require the need to cancel a pre-order in extreme circumstances may be charged a 30% restocking fee for fees that cannot be recouped and marketing costs attributed to their order.

- Our customer support team is available to assist with any pre-order inquiries or concerns.
- Customers can reach us by email, phone, live website chat, or in-person during store hours. Requests received will be handled within 24 hours or less.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. (General merchandise & apparel - this policy does not apply to sealed products or pre-orders)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or store credit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
